Roads and Maritime NSW contacted us about two years ago to come up with a solution to haul out their small fleet based in Rozelle, Sydney. They had looked at alternatives but nothing else on the market suited their particular fleet of narrow cats and Naiad Ribs.
Our Roodberg SW10 hydraulic trailer was ideal. We also supplied a set of custom beams for their narrow cats to sit on and added some guide poles to make the recovery process simple. From day one it performed exactly as planned.

All Roodberg hydraulic trailers have a galvanised body as standard and have variable width, height and length adjustment. The SW10 model is operated by manual controls located in the tractor cabin. It has a fixed length and width but it has variable hydraulic height adjustment. This feature means that the vessels always go up, and down, in a horizontal position.
Right now the government’s new Instant Asset Write Off (IAWO) threshold means you may be able to right off a new Roodberg Hydraulic trailer after the threshold increased to $150,000. This new scheme has been extended until December 31st. Please contact your accountant for further advice.
